Mr. Thompson personally oversees portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, evaluations and the development of loan level strategies.  He has been instrumental in implementing creative solutions for disposition through a vast nationwide  network  of  local  buyers.   He  is  an  experienced  real  estate developer and investor.  He has completed multiple master planned real estate communities over the course of his career, heading up all aspects from land acquisition, entitlement, financing, investor relations, construction, and development.  Over the past fourteen years, Mr. Thompson has founded and successfully operated several companies in the real estate industry, including mortgage, title and escrow, construction, and development companies, as well as his own real estate brokerage.  During the time of his association with these companies, he has transacted several thousand real estate deals.  Being involved in such a wide variety of real estate related companies, he has been able to gain experience and perspectives from multiple fronts. Understanding how each side of a transaction thinks and operates offers a market advantage when sourcing, managing, and vetting real estate opportunities.  Mr. Thompson served as a member of a county Planning and Zoning Commission where he evaluated several master planned communities.

Mr. Taylor is a highly successful real estate investment professional. He has over twenty-five years of domestic and international experience in transactions, due diligence and underwriting, development, capital raising, asset management, and finance. Throughout his career, he has gained expertise in transactions, strategic planning, process design and implementation, investor relations, fund management, and business development.  Mr. Taylor most recently served as the Managing Director of Acquisitions for a leading national real estate investment company, where he spearheaded the acquisition of office, retail, multi-family, and industrial properties.  In this capacity, he instituted a new structure to acquire large numbers of properties that incorporated acquisitions, finance, and due diligence functions in a coordinated and cohesive process. Additionally, he has served in various senior leadership roles focused on acquisitions, finance, asset management, and investor relations. He has extensive experience in joint ventures and new developments in various property types and in various locations.  He is well versed in all phases of the real estate investment cycle from land through development to stabilized income producing assets with national exposure to numerous product types with multiple billions in asset values.  Mr. Taylor holds a BA from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, the top rated international business school.
